Hmm . . . I'm not entirely sure in 2.6 but isn't there a "make kernel"
option to generate the KLIPS patch? One would then apply the patch to
the kernel source.  There is probably an even simpler way if everything
is in the standard place.  When we did this with 2.4, we were
experimenting with the ISCS network security management project
(http://iscs.sourceforge.net) on xen virtual machines so we had to do it
as I mentioned above - John
