..but when kernel 2.6.9-1 isn't needed the kernel patch for to use NAT-T ?? 
or also with kernel version is needed to do:

make KERNELSRC=/usr/src/linux-2.6.9-1 nattpatch > /usr/src/natt.patch
cd /usr/src/linux-2.6.9-1
cat natt.patch | patch -p1 -s
