[Openswan Users] recommended kernel version

The changelog of v2.4.5 mentions, that #509 "KLIPS compilation fail with 
kernel-2.6.14.2" is solved.
Is this already the recommended kernel version?
If not, which version is recommended by the developers?
Would it be possible, to mention in the documentation, which kernel the 
specific version is build upon?
(Maybe already there and I did not see it?)
