Acctually no. Is it required?

When I did enabled it, I got:

net/ipsec/ipsec_alg.c:24:2: #error "Configuration error: 'IPsec Modular
Extensions' cannot be compiled because your kernel does not support module
loading. Either enable kernel modules or disable 'IPsec Modular
Extensions' (CONFIG_KLIPS_ALG)."
net/ipsec/ipsec_alg.c:839:2: warning: #warning "Using built-in AES rather
than CryptoAPI AES"
net/ipsec/ipsec_alg.c:849:2: warning: #warning "Using built-in 3des rather
than CryptoAPI 3des"

I'll disable ALG and try it again. Is ALG necessary for an L2TP/IPSEC
configuration?
