[Openswan Users] reply to address

I've noticed that the 'Reply To' address on the Openswan mailing lists
is set to the address of the person who sent the message.  On my other
lists that reply to defaults to the address of the list.  This makes
it much easier to conversations on the lists.

I can't imagine that's it a choice to have it this way.  Maybe no-one
as asked before.  The other lists are using Mailman 2.1.5, where as
Openswan uses Mailman 2.1.1 so that might be the difference.
