Thanks.  BTW, if anyone asks about why we're swapping byte order of
min/max for SPI allocations as well as CPI allocations, it's because
the bug affects both.

The only difference is that with SPI allocations the value of min
0x1000 becomes 0x10000000 and the max 0xffffffff is unchanged.  So
the bug wasn't visible there.
