[Openswan Users] Openswan 2.3.1 and FC3 kernel 2.6.9

Hi,

   I am trying to install Openswan 2.3.1 on FC3 with
kernel 2.6.9, after instalation I am unable to see the
/etc/ipsec.d/cacert directory ??

I hope I might be wrong somewhere....

If possible, please guid me to link or message thread
where I can configure VPN server on my FC3.
