[Openswan Users] FC3: IPSec (openswan) Functionality

I couldn't get Openswan 2.1.5 working with a firewall1 peer and on
Paul's advice upgraded to 2.3.1 and this worked fine.

With the ipsec stuff in the 2.6 kernel, you don't get an ipsec0
interface.  I didn't find this to be a problem.
