[Openswan Users] NAT-T and pre-shared key.

I'm not sure about questions regarding more or less safer (PSK is less
scalable, and sure unsafer if you loose control of your SKs), but about
NAT-T patch, PSK auth is not suported for KLIPS NAT-T patch, but supported
if you use 26sec NAT-T patch.
