[Openswan Users] Building on RedHat 8

Hello all,

I am new to openswan, can't wait to get it up and running. I have been looking
through the documentation and can't seem to find anything on how to build
openswan. I downloaded 2.3.0 a few days ago.

Can you point me to some docs that outline how to build from source? Also it is
not clear to me if I need to patch my kernel or not. If I don't want NAT-T do I
need to patch the kernel 2.4.20-28?
