[Openswan Users] Multiple clients behind the same NAT device

Hello Openswan users,

Document at http://www.jacco2.dds.nl/networking/freeswan-l2tp.html#NAT
tells that there is known limitation in client connections behind same NAT
device. I also noticed that workaround pointing to racoon patch. But...

We have a working IPSEC/L2TP-configuration (with openswan 2.3.0
and l2tpd from debian unstable at current status). And if possible I
would prefer to use openswan. So, is there any workaround available for
openswan concerning this NAT limitation?
