[Openswan Users] searching a windows installer programm, that installs X509 Certificate and create a new connection icon to establish the tunnel l2tp/ipsec connection

hello users,

has anyone written any programm that automaticly create a complete connection 
setting for "dummies", so that the user must only import the .p12 certificate 
and don't have to look deeper in windows.
