[Openswan Users] Windows IPSEC/L2TP Tunnel without Windows Ipsec service? (IBMNotebook Software crashes the ipsec service)

I have a big problem:

On my Notebook I have installed the Ibm Software that was delivered by 
IBM. Now I can't (re)start the ipsec service of microsoft windows XP SP2.

Is there anyone who knows a free standalone Software, which can 
establish a tunnel like "connection to home network" from windows.
