I was using the 2.3.0-RHEL-1 RPMs; I specifically saw the 'starting 
ipsecX' messages in syslog (with no errors), if that helps at all.  I'll 
have to check it again when I get back into work tomorrow.  Anything 
specific you'd like to see/check for?  I'm still rather new to the whole 
*S/WAN scene, so am certainly not up on everything I should be doing or 
looking for.
