It is generated by issuing:

KERNELSRC=/lib/modules/`uname -r`/build make natpatch > /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/kernel-openswan-natt.patch

from the openswan directory.

It will likely have the same issues. KLIPS on 2.6 is not yet stable.
