[Openswan Users] Document on setting up Openswan for L2TP-over-IPsec

Hey all,

As a couple people have asked me to, I've set up a page similar to my 
basic IPSec configuration page that covers settings up Openswan and 
Windows XP for a L2TP over IPSec configuration. It's now available at:

http://www.natecarlson.com/linux/ipsec-l2tp.php

I still consider this page very much at beta status - please feel free to 
comment on the configurations that I am using, and any recommendations to 
make them better.

Note that Jacco's pages[1] cover L2TP over IPSec in much more detail -- 
I'm just trying to set up a concise configuration that will work for most 
average users.  :)
