[Openswan Users] Makeing ipsec module

What's the difference between openswan 2.2.0 and 2.3.0?
I had no problems with openswan 2.2.0 and redhat enterprise with kernel 
2.4.21-20.0.1ELsmp.

I tried openswan 2.3.0 with kernel 2.4.21-20.0.1ELsmp and I get the same 
error.
"make module26" also shows an error.

I need an ipsec interface to configure iptables,
and I only get this interface with the kernel module from openswan!?

Or ist there any other possibility?
