[Openswan Users] when ipsec starts network traffic are droped

Hi all,

i'm using openswan-2.1.5-2, comes with FC3. its all configured ok 
When i start ipsec, all network traffic are droped.

Before starts ipsec, the routing table is:
200.217.50.59   0.0.0.0         255.255.255.255 UH    0      0        0 ppp0
192.168.100.0   0.0.0.0         255.255.255.0   U     0      0        0 eth0
192.168.21.0    0.0.0.0         255.255.255.0   U     0      0        0 vmnet8

After start:

Why this mask 128.0.0.0 ?
