Hi,
It seems that just as I had compilation problems with kernel
2.2.x+Openswan1 I'm having problems with kernel 2.6 and Openswan 2.3:
LD .tmp_vmlinux1
net/built-in.o(.text+0x84b40): In function `strstr':
: multiple definition of `strstr'
arch/i386/lib/lib.a(strstr.o)(.text+0x0): first defined here
ld: Warning: size of symbol `strstr' changed from 65 in
arch/i386/lib/lib.a(strstr.o) to 107 in net/built-in.o
make[1]: *** [.tmp_vmlinux1] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.10'
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.10'
CHK include/linux/version.h
make[2]: `arch/i386/kernel/asm-offsets.s' is up to date.
Building modules, stage 2.
MODPOST
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.10'
I tried it on different machines, with the same result. Any insights?
Bye
