[Openswan Users] no ipsec0 interface, how ipsec work?

It seems that you are missing parts of NETKEY from your kernel. Ensure you have
NETKEY (af_key, xfrm_user, xfrm4_tunnel) and esp,ah,ipcomp, as well as the
neccessary cryptoapi modules.
