Release Candidates (rc) are not kepy after a release is done. You can find the
release openswan-1.0.10.tar.gz on ftp://ftp.openswan.org/openswan/

As a side note, openswan-1 is EOL december 31st of this year. You should not be
using this software if you can avoid it.
