...therefore if I have understood I can making the steps that I have 
described for apply the patch nat-t to the kernel and obtain the rpm 
installation file necessary in order to use openswan with klips and nat-t, 
just ?

.. instead to the link that you have indicated me I find the rpm file 
(kernel-2.6.14-1.1637_FC4_natt.i686.rpm) necessary for installation in order 
to apply to kernel the patch-nat, but then I must however create the 
openswan rpm files in this mode:

# rpmbuild -bb openswan.spec --define 'buildklips 1' --define 'kversion 
2.6.14-1.1637_FC4_natt'

.... in order to obtain the rpm files in order to install openswan/klips 
with nat-t,
I have understood ?
