Hi,

    I have tested both connection works individually ie. after I restart,
first connection of any type will be established and other will get
             policy does not allow OAKLEY_RSA_SIG authentication
                                            or
            policy does not allow OAKLEY_PRESHARED_KEY authentication
    based on connection got established and trying to get connected.

    another thing is related to dead peer detection.
        Dead Peer Detection (RFC 3706): not enabled because peer did not
advertise it.
    I am using greenbow2.51 client so in such case dpd will be possible ??
and which ports or protocols should be allowed in firewall.
