[Openswan Users] Problem when I run on PPPoE

Hi,
I am now trying to run freeswan 1.99 on a PPP link (I use PPPoE). But I
get problem to start my ipsec connection.
In my test, the ppp connection is working(because I can run "ping" and
"ssh" ove the PPP link), but each time I start my ipsec connection, I
found the STATE_MAIN_I1 message was block, the error message generated by
"ipsec barf" is :

 "mytest" #1: ERROR: asynchronous network error report on ppp0 for message
to 11.11.11.2 port 500, complainant 11.11.11.2: Connection refused [errno
111, origin ICMP type 3 code 3 (not authenticated)]

I have check on both machines(using ipsec verify), the klips and pluto is
ok. And I have turned the firewall off.

I am wondering someone can help me with it.
