[Openswan Users] pluto failure

  I have a similar setup (difference is in dist. used) and Paul Wouters told 
me that this problem is solved in CVS HEAD. It will be corrected in Openswan 
2.3.2.
  I have not tested yet but I'll do the tests very soon.
