[Openswan Users] how to up the second channel while first is runing

Hi all,
  I am trying to up the second tunnel while one already established
tunnel is up, generally it is not getting up without resetting ipsec
using

  ipsec setup restart

meanwhile the first established tunnel is also being reset. 

 I would like to know that how to up the second channel without
resetting the ipsec ?
