[Openswan Users] Can I receive virtual IP with kernel 2.6.x?

Can I receive virtual IP with kernel 2.6.x? I am using openswan 2.1.5 as
road warrior. When I try openswan (pluto) complains about missing ipsecN
intefaces. Those are not available in 2.6. I have tried (unsuccessfully)
to patch KLIPS into my 2.6 kernel (gentoo 2.6.8).
