[Openswan Users] openswan & xp

HI All

I have openswan running between 3 sites linux box to linux box, but now 
I need to add a few road warriors, the road warriors are running xp home 
& xp pro, any pointer or how to where to start. can xp run pure ipsec or 
do i need to use L2TP

For authentication can I use RSA as this is what I am using on my 
servers or do I have to use certificates?
