Fixed in strongswan-2.0.2. Excerpt from the ChangeLog:

- Added support for the 818043 NAT-Traversal update of Microsoft's
   Windows 2000/XP IPsec client which sends an ID_FQDN during Quick Mode.

Openswan also supports 818043NAT.
