[Openswan Users] replacing connections

>From time to time i see in logs:

Oct 11 11:32:43 rimmon pluto[3015]: "rp3-router"[2] x.x.x.x #9: initiating
Main Mode to replace #8

And i get breaks in transfer between 'rimmon' and 'rp3', Can I stop 'replacing'
connections, or just to make them manual (from cron at night for example)?
