This is a commendable goal, but I think one which is still in a distant
future. In the meantime, the best you (we?) can do is make it as easy as
possible to configure ipsec/openswan. Either through tools or through
high quality, all covering documentation. Maybe there's still some lack
in that area, especially for the newbie user, I can agree with that.
