Hello all,

I am doing a research on IPSEC protocol. I'd like to build my own IPSEC platform for it. One possible way might be to use ipsec-tools included in the Redhat Fedora Core 3 package. As I know of, they have utilized the IPSEC protocols built in the linux kernel 2.6.9, along with IKE program called Racoon developed by the KAME project.

I'd like know if I could use the Openswan instead of the ipsec-tools in the Redhat FC3. Also, if I could get some information on comparison between the two tools, I would appreciate it very much. Thanks.

Best Regards,
