You might try updating to the latest 2.1.x series RC, as I think they
changed xfrm_user -> xfrm_tunnel, so we had to adjust the startup
scripts to load the newly renamed module.

I know it works fine on FC3 stock kernels, and Fedora Development
kernels since I'm running it myself daily.
