[Openswan Users] same left and right subnet

I have a customer, that I want to connect with VPN over NAT.

Costomer's intranet is 192.168.1.0
My intranet is 192.168.1.0 (yes the same!!...)

How can I connect those networks? Is it possible to somehow translate
one network to other subnet?

Or is posible something like this:

Customer                    VPN    my network 
192.168.1.0---193.1.1.1 <--------> 195.1.1.1-(masquerade)-192.168.1.0

Is it possible to masquerade my network on my IPSEC gateway? How?
