That's odd since there is a space before --ipv6 in the patch that I
posted to the list. The cvs-version also contains a space. Which
openswan version are you using? I have openswan 2.1.1(-4) from
Debian unstable.

The option --tunnelipv6  isn't needed since it's the default when --ipv6
is used. Read the whack man page for more information about --tunnel and --tunnelipv6.
