I ended up purchasing it from laptops4me.com, the only place that Froogle
found that would confirm that they only sell fresh stock of these
processors, but they still wouldn't guarantee that it's the proper
stepping. They seemed like a hole-in-the-wall place from their web site, 
but their customer service was excellent.
