[Openswan Users] Chaning root directory for make install

Dear list,

Do you guys could give me a direction on how to install all the userland
utilities on an other 'filesystem layout'. So instead of installing it
to: /, install to /home/jgommers/fs_root/. Where fs_root contains a
complete image of a linux filesystem.
