[Openswan Users] DPD Broken in Aggressive mode?

It appears DPD is broken in aggressive mode.  Anyone else see this?

A cursory look at least shows that the vendor id for dpd is not output in
aggr_I1 or aggr_I1_R1.  Not sure what else may be broken, but in my tests I
have also seen the following error msg:

DPD Error: could not find newest phase 1 state

Might be something on the device side... But thought I'd ask.
