If you are running KLIPS on 2.6, no, NAT Traversal will not work yet.
There are some changes needed to KLIPS (or Pluto, not sure) to get NAT-T
working with the 2.6 implementation of the UDP encapsulation code, and
those changes have not yet been made.
NAT Traversal will work with the native stack on 2.6.
