[Openswan Users] openswan + l2tpd problem

I am trying to configure openswan 2.1.5 + l2tpd 0.69 + pppd 2.4.2 to 
work  as VPN. (redhat 7.3, kernel 2.4.27)
I have problem when connecting often from win98
I don't know what is bad but when i restart ipsec I can connect again !

I found that problem is when msg in secure log appears :

  pluto[696]: ERROR: pfkey write() of SADB_X_DELFLOW message 17 for flow 
int.0 at 0.0.0.0 failed. Errno 14: Bad address
