Hi.
I'm running Openswan 2.1.1 on a 2.4.25 linux kernel and I'm having big
troubles when stopping the service with its own initscript.
Here's the log when I execute "/etc/rc.d/init.d/ipsec stop":

Apr 15 14:55:56 jimhall pluto[1927]: shutting down
Apr 15 14:55:56 jimhall pluto[1927]: forgetting secrets
Apr 15 14:55:56 jimhall pluto[1927]: "jimhall2coltrane": deleting connection
Apr 15 14:55:56 jimhall pluto[1927]: "jimhall2eva": deleting connection
Apr 15 14:55:56 jimhall pluto[1927]: shutting down interface ipsec0/eth0
192.168.2.123

then it hungs...

By looking at the processes I notice that an "ifconfig" process is hardlocked,
I can't kill it, and can't kill any other "ifconfig" process that I execute
before. I have to restart the system to make it work again.

Has anybody encountered the same problem ?

Thanks for your help!

Silvan
