[Openswan Users] IKE information payloads

Hi,

I'm currently using freeswan-2.04 and testing a situation where the 
network is intermittent.  When the network comes back up and pluto 
attempts to rekey using the same ISAKMP SA, the responder replies with 
an INVALID_ID_INFORMATION tag.

Has openswan gone further than freeswan with the IKE implementation in 
terms of processing informational payload messages from a peer?  Would 
it be sufficient to execute an `ipsec setup restart' to relieve the problem?
