[Openswan Users] FreeS/WAN on UML

I am trying to get FreeS/WAN 2.02 running on a hosted machine that is 
really a User Mode Linux virtual machine.

The problem is that the machine does not have a "nexthop". Or rather, the 
"nexthop" is the machine's own IP address. "route -n" returns the machine's 
own ip address as the gateway for 0.0.0.0.

This seems to give various problems in FreeS/WAN, depending upon how I try 
to configure it. If I try setting "nexthop" as the machine's own IP 
address, then it complains that it cannot find the defaultroute.

Any suggestions for this situation?
