[Openswan Users] openswan and red hat enterprise

The config I posted is for the ipsec server.  The client is using SSH
Sentinel 1.4

I have added the following line in the setup section of the configuration,
but still no help, the ipsec is hang on waiting for MI3.

virtual_private=%priv,%v4:172.16.0.0/12,%v4:192.168.0.0/16
