Can someone point out the difference between these openswan versions

openswan-2.6.32-37.el6.x86_64 & openswan-2.6.32-27.el6.x86_64

One thing i saw was RHEL 6.5 had openswan-2.6.32-27.el6.x86_64
and RHEL 6.7 had openswan-2.6.32-37.el6.x86_64

But please highlight the technical details and background. Are there a pros
and cons appreciate the info.
