[Openswan dev] openswan.org domain is not working

Hi Elison,

The site [1] is up and we didn't notice any down time.

Some time ago, we moved the whole site to HTTPS and put in place a
http->https redirection. Unfortunately because of this, people using
Internet Explorer on Windows XP cannot access the site.

If you are using another browser and still cannot access the site,
please let me know and we can work this out in private emails.
