[Openswan dev] Regarding klips_debug:ipsec_rcv: auth failed on incoming packet

This issue https://www.openswan.org/issues/1194 "OCF: "KLIPS 
klips_debug:ipsec_rcv: auth failed on incoming packet" has been marked 
as resolved and closed.

Can anyone point me to what is the fix applied for this issue?
