[Openswan dev] KLIPS ipv4 alias handling broken

With the ipv6 merge the ipv4 alias handling is broken in _startklips.

Is there a reason why the new code want to configure all ipv4 addresses
on the virtual device and not only the one owned by the physical device
or alias device.

The attached patch changes this behaviour.
