[Openswan dev] disabling the ispec service in "make programs install"

Hi,
Well, it does , I checked twice after your answer.
The thing is that the new ipsec has **also** an empty, commented line :
# Default-Start:
as we want.

So it seems to me that the blame is ***not*** on not instaliing the
/etc/init.d/ipsec  script
