That says that the problem is in the ipsec0 setup, my stuff pretty much
does the same thing:
ip -6 addr add fec0:0:0:3::1/64 dev eth1
ip -6 addr add fec0:0:0:3::1/64 dev ipsec0

I haven't tested interop at all, so don't expect that everytihng it
working. Although, based on experience, pluto should show the tunnel up,
it just won't carry traffic if interop is broken.
